What areas does Zamzam Property Management serve?
We manage rental homes across Southeast Michigan, in Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Washtenaw, Livingston and Genesee counties. See the full list of communities we serve.
What types of properties do you manage?
Residential rentals only: single-family homes, condos, townhomes and multi-family buildings. We do not manage commercial property.
What does full-service property management include?
Marketing the home, screening applicants, preparing the lease, collecting rent, handling maintenance and inspections, keeping the books and, when it is needed, managing an eviction. See everything we handle for owners.
How do I find out what my home could rent for?
Request a free rental analysis. Enter the property address and a rent report for your home arrives by email, usually within a few minutes.
How will I see my income and expenses?
Monthly statements are posted to your owner portal. You can log in at any time to see rent collected, each expense and the invoice behind it.
Do you manage Section 8 rentals?
Yes. We work with housing choice voucher tenants and the local housing commissions. Read more about Section 8 property management.
Do you guarantee your tenant placements?
Yes. If a tenant we place moves out or is evicted within the first six months of the lease, we find a new tenant and do not charge another leasing fee. The guarantee applies once per placement and has a few exceptions, such as the owner selling the home or asking to end the tenancy. The full terms are in the management agreement.
