- Provide a valid form of identification.
- Provide proof of monthly income.
- Most properties require applicants to have a combined gross income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent.
- Provide three years of residential history and contact information for rental references.
- Each applicant over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
