Zamzam Property Management ("Zamzam," "we," "us") manages residential rental property in Southeast Michigan. This policy explains what information we collect through zamzampropertymanagement.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, the address and details of a rental property, your message, and, for vendors, business and insurance details.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, our site and our service providers collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you move through them, and the time of your visit. This is done with cookies and similar technologies.

We do not ask for or collect payment card numbers on this website.

How we use information

  • To answer your questions and requests.
  • To prepare and send a rental analysis report you asked for.
  • To evaluate vendors who apply to work with us.
  • To contact you about our services by email, phone or text message, where you have agreed to that.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Text messages and calls

If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Zamzam Property Management about your request and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for that work. These providers fall into the following groups:

  • Property management software. The owner, tenant and vendor portals, rental listings and rental applications run on our software provider's own website, which has its own privacy policy. Requests you send us through this site may also be saved there so we can follow up with you.
  • Rental data. When you request a free rental analysis, the property address and details are sent to a rental data provider that produces the report. The address is sent when you choose it, before you submit the form, so the form can fill in the home's details for you.
  • Email, phone and text delivery. Providers that deliver the messages we send you.
  • Analytics, maps and form protection. Providers that measure how the site is used, show maps and address suggestions, and protect our forms from spam. These providers receive technical information such as your IP address.
  • Advertising. Providers that show our ads and measure their results, described below.
  • Hosting, security and performance. Providers that store the site and its form entries and protect it from attacks.

Our providers may change over time. You can ask us which providers have received your information by contacting us at the details below.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients, our tenants or others.

Analytics and advertising

We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. Some of these tools record clicks, scrolling and page movement so we can fix pages that are hard to use. They are set up to hide what you type into forms.

We work with advertising partners, including Google, to show our ads on other websites and apps to people who have visited this site, and to measure whether an ad led to a request or a call. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Our site links to other websites, including our portals, rental application pages and social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
