Where Building and Property Management Meet

Some owners build a new home and keep the old one as a rental. Others build a single-family home or a small multi-family building to rent from day one. In both cases Zamzam Development handles the construction, and we take over once there is a home to lease: marketing, tenant screening, rent collection and maintenance.

What Zamzam Development Builds

New residential construction only. The company is the builder and works alongside your architect or designer.

Projects:

Custom homes. Built to your plans and requirements, not from a set of standard models.
On your lot. A review of what your land will support before you commit to a design or a purchase.
Teardown and rebuild. Replacing an older house on a lot worth keeping.
Design and pre-construction. Budgeting, scheduling and a buildability review before ground is broken.

Oakland County first. Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Bloomfield Township, West Bloomfield, Franklin, Troy, Rochester Hills, Novi and Northville.
Across Metro Detroit. Projects in Wayne, Macomb and Washtenaw counties as well.
