First Month’s Rent & Security Deposit

At your lease signing, please be prepared to pay your first month’s rent, security deposit, and any other applicable fees. To ensure a smooth process, confirm the total amount with our team ahead of time.

Move-In Date & Inspection

Your official move-in date and inspection details will be provided during the lease signing

Utilities

As a Zamzam Property Management resident, you’re responsible for maintaining all utility accounts for your rental home in good standing. Please transfer the accounts into your name promptly to avoid service interruptions. If utilities are disconnected, you’ll be responsible for any fees to restore them.

Notice of Intent to Vacate

Your lease outlines your official move-out date. If you plan to leave at the end of your lease and do not wish to renew, you must provide written notice of your intent to vacate. This allows our team to prepare for the next resident.
